Hello everyone! I’m new to the hobby, I have never distilled or fermented anything, but I have a lot of fond memories of my dad making beer and wine growing up. My wife and I are soon to be empty nesters, and I’m looking for a hobby that ‘mixes’ well with our warm weather love of camping. Dave
