I have yet to use the distillery air still

Air still , waiting on a shoulder reconstruction

this was part of the KIT ,fits on the top with herbs etc in the basket

my clamp is broken and after some searches , I cannot get a replacement

I have found a replacement , but can only get one that is about 2 cm too big

just finished an 8 kg sugar neutral with Still spirits classic 8 yeast Have done a few batches with this , but in mid summer This time I did it in May , and the temperature was a bit low , so I used a heat belt , 26 degrees C I normally use a 1/2 bag of yeast ( as cost saving )and all is fine it too...
