I had some leftover pumpkins from halloween so Im trying this, smells pretty bad from start dont know how its gonna turn out but if it taste bad I'll do something with it.Tater was wright pumpkins take lots of effort.Used some brown sugar and some pumpkin pie seasnon.

I just got back in the house after first ever run thruugh new pot still fiiied bought 11gal. diferent stuff run to 50 per got a little over 2 gl. still did great was very pleased.started at around 70 per. want to do two more then put into valved far nuetral spirit am I starting right or just spinnig...

I was wanting to know if anyone made this. I think it is infused with lemon peel.Can I do this with valved and put peels in gin pot and add sugar when its throug distilling or would it be better to just soak it on peels and sugar?

Anyone see the"wine pod" on HGTV.Its an egg looking ss thing that is computer moniterd. looks pretty neat but it cost 3500.00. Think I'll stick to my 5gal. buckets and carboys.Like to see one in person though.

I used six scrubbers but they are from resturant spply store they are about 8in. long and 3in. around until compacted.wash was 10 pound potatos peeled and cooked till soft on outside then slitely mashed them used sugar to get to 1.140 then ran at .990.thats all the srubbers I could pack in the thing...

Its 1500 watt water heater element. temp was 173.3 for 1 hour reflux valve open take off closed. opened take off went to 173.6 for 30 min and then stayed 174.4 five gal wash in 15 gal. tank . internal measure well over 90 per. thats why I was wondering why valeved was not doing at least 90.Do I need to pack all way to top past tube ? ...
