distillers yeast?

hi im going to make birdwacthers wash and was woundering about distillers yeast instead of bakers. if i use distillers yeast do i still need to put in the tomato past and lemons? or if i end up useing bakers does it matter what kind? please help thanks akrandy

it calls for bakers yeast and says 1 packet. but all i got is distillers, its made by crosby & bakers i got it at our locally own beer and wine shop. and the other recipie says 8 tbsp of bakers also. but then further down the forum they say they swithched to distillers but does not say how much they...

distillers yeast how much?

hi im making sweet feed mah and im using distillers yeast. i have a pot still and its for a 5 gallon wash, so i was wondering how many grams should i use?

i got a pot still, i want to make sugar washes for a nuetral spirit. i want to get into flavoring my own stuff. so i was just woundering about yeast. so if i use distillers do i still need to use lemons or past? or is that just for bakers??

i think all of you focused on one word " lazy " and missed the bigger picture, its ok we are all raised that way lol. i have decided to go the mile high rout i did some reviews on them and sounds like they have a very nice product. the word" lazy" ment i dont know how to weld or sauter and my engine...

well today im making hard cider and after it ferments and i rack it and let it sit for a bit, i need to add sugar for carbonation. at what point o i do this? right after i rack it or just before i bottel it? and witch sugar do i use white,brown or dextrose? and how much per gallon ? and last thing i...

well i have relized i have done alot wrong on this batch i really jumped the gun. TO DAMN IMPATENT. IT HAS A VERY VERY BAD ODER and tast like s--t. should i just toss this batch or wait to run another batch and mix it in with it??
