Use over and over till gone is what I do I make alot of this recipe as my wife and I really enjoy it well more her for her girly flavored drinks

I dont do liters but when I do a 5 gallon wash I use a handful when I do a 25 gallon run I use about 3or4 ounces

The recipe tells you what to do for the first ferment when you have no dunder. If you do use AG dunder i cant vouch for what it might taste like. That is your choice though. When doing the next one just add the oyster shell it's like magic for me keeps my ferments coming out dry and I use tap water

So I have a question I have some ag backset should I use that as my dunder or could I use some citric acid in its place I've got this bucket full of molasses and I want to do it in one big ferment.

Try boiling some eggs some people use egg shells too you need to ph up to about 5- 5.3 if you have a farm supply near you try getting the chicken grit that works too I've heard on here

Do you know the brix content? How much you use per ferment will depend on the sugar content. Typically, feed grade molasses runs about 80 brix +/- and weighs roughly 12 to 12-1/2 pounds per gallon.
