Get 2ft of 2in copper and build you a potstill column.make it with a leibig condencer{about 20in} and angle it down 45 degrees.you should be able to hook it up to the base of your other column.I made me one,and it works great for stripping runs,and for flavor.My other column is a 2in by 38in nixon/s...

All I know is,when I first started distilling,I filled up a polycarb.hydrometer jar with warm distillate{from wine},and the thing turned white,and cracked all over.I could also smell the glue they used to put on the base. this was the first runnings of distilled wine,and probably had methanal in it,...
