How long does it take to heat your average batch with that thing? I'm going with a new 15.5 Sanke style keg for my new still, and if your numbers sound good, well I'll just go have to get one of those.

Okay so it would still be best to rehydrate them for a day or two and then germinate to get the best yeild from them, or is the yeild about the same as if I just added amalayse(SP?) or other enzymes with the yeast. I would assume I just answered my own question, but just to make sure... ------------...
