The value is 0.0031, if the cell in excel is formatted in percent it as displays .31%. I just ploted the numbers here http://gillesenergies.webs.com/boilingpointaltitude.htm and here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-altit ... _altitudes to get the factor which just modified the temp, so it's a bit rough.
I'm sure there is a better way but this is still much better than doing nothing.
