With all the rain we have had, we ended up with a wheelbarrow full of big cucumbers, and nothing to do with them!
so ....
we sliced them up (lengthwise), put them through the juicer to get rid of the seeds (that took a while)
Ended up with about 28 L of juice
added 5 KG sugar
1 TBSP Lalvin yeast
1 TBSP nutrients
OG 1.07
Now we wait! for it to ferment (going like mad) and settle.
Planning to add a few drops of chilli pepper of some sort to a few bottles - should give a nice zing!
Will update once we bottle it!

that will be interesting. Over on the beer forums there have been several attempts to use cucumbers in beer but few ended well. I did once try a commercial cucumber and lime lager. One was enough to try. If it doesn't work you can always distill it.

That's the plan if it's a bust.
But the juice was quite tasty so have confidence SWAMBO will like it
