I got a couple of these :
I'm wondering how much pressure they actually can handle. I wanna carbonate beer in those to around 2.5bar. Has anyone tried something like that or maybe have a good guess about their strength ? I stepped on it (90kg) it was filled with air and it barely bent, so looks quite strong.

2.5 bar will blow that up nicely.
Depending in where it lets go will determine where to look for your beer.

shine,
If you want to carbonate beer (or soda), use a proper stainless steel vessel, ie - Cornelius keg or even a Sanke keg.
In order to get 2 volumes of CO2 into your beer, you’ll need at least 25 psig to charge and hold the pressure.
A plastic container simply won’t hold that pressure. You’ve got to imagine that at 25 psi (above atmospheric) will impart 25 pounds of force in each and every square inch of the vessel’s surface.
And for the large (flat) surfaces of your plastic jug, that force will distort it significantly, and it will ultimately fail. In fact, the lid (and seal) would fail long before the blow-molded jug walls would.
The weight of the liquid in the container alone is enough to cause the walls of the jug to flex and distort. Add pressure to it and … POOF … you’ll have sticky beer everywhere.

Re: 25 liter plastic container
I have been carbonating beverages every day for many years using common Club Soda bottles at 50 psi, but those containers are designed to tolerate that pressure. I've reused the same bottles countless times and they hold up nicely.
I'd look into Corny Kegs. You may be able to find them pretty cheap locally on FB marketplace, Craigs List, eBay, etc... A pony keg would work after some modification, but Corny Kegs would be ideal.
