Quick beer and Thick ale

I was going to post this in recipies, but I didn't see any beer recipies in there so I figured it went directly to the Beer subforum.

I was wondering if anyone had any recipies for a quick brewing beer. I thought I saw somewhere someone talked about a recipie with bakers yeast, and sourdough bread.

Also if anyone knew of any recipies of "older" type ales. Like the ones you'd find a couple hundred years ago in a pub.

Preferably recipies with bakers yeast because I have half a kilo of it.
