I fermented 4.75 gallons of tangerine juice and then distilled it.
I have somewhat over 4.5 gallons of "wine" left w/an ABV of about 4%.
Do I have to keep it cold or can it store at higher temps?

Re: Low ABV WINE
You mean backset/leftover stillage? Id say its not worth saving. The remaining alc may not be as much ethanol as you think either, but i may be wrong about this

Re: Low ABV WINE
Yup, the leftover from the still. The flavor is really good, the tangerine really comes through. Not worried about the APV as it tastes really good. To good to toss. LOL
Re: Low ABV WINE
I have no idea what you've done, what your "wine" might be, or what your problem is, so I won't be offering you a comprehensive list of possible solutions on the off chance that one of them might be the one you want.
Re: Low ABV WINE
OK try to be clear now,.
1-fermented tangerine juice
2-ran juice through my pot still
3-question is about what is left in the pot still what ever it is called.
4-It tastes to good to just toss,it has low ABV of about 4%.
5-Not worried about it's low ABV just storage of it to drink over time.

Re: Low ABV WINE
It's called backset. You should have kept the still running until most of the alcohol was gone, then chucked it out.
