Coffee creations

Post by BertaCowboy »

I did a quick search and it yielded no results. This morning i was having my coffee and was wondering who has made alcohol with coffee? Google says you can make coffee wine but not many articles abut results.

I've made a coffee liqueur several times, I don't know if that's what you're asking.

Did you use the Google search? I got several hits for coffee. AFAIK, you won't find a thread discussing fermenting the fruit, but it can be done.

Ferment the pulp as you would ferment any fruit.

Tried a liqueur from coffee grounds.
From the coffee shop.
Tasted like straw, those coffee machines certainly get all the flavour.

I think you can use those coffee grounds to grow mushrooms.

This is a coffee liqueur recipe from Tried and True.

Made with good Coffee , good Neutral and left to age for 12 months its a standout.
It can be drunk the day you make it if you want.
