I added the paypal mod which inserts a Donations link at the top of the forum.

Not sure it's working, someone want to test it?

I don't think it is working.

I don't see any "donation" button at the top of the forum.
Also, I don't see any more the yellow "donate" button at the bottom of each page.

Drop down menu (triple horizontal bar) on the top left has some of what you are looking for.

Thanks for that tip. I was looking for the egosearch feature and didn't think to look up there in quick links.

I don't see the paypal link either. I'm running AdBlock Pro and Ghostery. Not sure if that would block it or what.

I just wanted to bump this so that BS spammer was not the last words said on this subject.
We still need the donate button restored and now it seems there needs to be a way to stop the spammers.

Button is now near the top under "Donations" and Husker tested it with $1. It works.

The only place I see donations is at bottom left of board index page and it says I am not authorized.

Similar to Windy City, at the bottom of the index page I can see "Donation statistics - $1". I get a permission denied message if I click that. Not seeing donation related links anywhere else. Reference, using an Android mobile browser.

Thanks so much for your financial support man! It goes a long way. I don't think people really understand the cost of running this site or the amount of effort behind the scenes which goes into keeping the server updated and secure. These major upgrades make it all a bit more visiable.
