I installed an extension which purports to make YouTube videos work. It has added a "utube" button when you post.

But does it work?

Tired everything after the forward slashes and it didn't work...then got a message " this post was altered by another user" ??? then it did work WTF!

SBB, I went to each post and acted as if I was going to edit the post to see how each was posted. Here is UJ’s post, I erased the “e” at the end of his utube so that the text rather than the video would show.

And here is yours, I took out the “http;//“ at the beginning of your post so the text would show in your post.

So looks like both work, interesting!

That is exactly how mine looked when I posted it. I edited it to remove the tags.

Looks like you don’t need the brackets just post the entire URL that will make it easier.
