Tis the season...

So after a hellacious February, our snow is finally starting to melt. Not seeing ground on the field yet but the driveway is bare. So it's time to start fermenting some Panela wash. Started a cleaning run (just water) and glad I did. After a long winter, oxidizing obviously took place. at 98 C, the green flecks appeared. Part of that, I think, is due to running it up to 98/100 C. But it obviously loosened up some stuff inside my worm from a long winter.

Have some left over jars from a stripping run last year so I'll start with that. While I'm working on that, I'll get some of my panels started bubbling! Will try to keep ya'll posted.

So freakin' excited to get running again.
