My first mash attempt

Hi all so I'm new to this but been reading. I'd like to stay away from sugar washes because I've read alot against them here I want to do jimbos single malt as my first mash. I have a beer keg with propane burner and a 2inch by 20 inch riser with reducer to a .5 inch worm in a 5 gallon bucket with a brute trashcan as a cooling system. I've ran the cleaning runs and I also did a practice run with a sugar/turbo wash(threw it out too) so I have a loose handle on the still I'm wondering if jimbos recipe is as easy as it reads or should I take on something different
