Hi folks, I want to share a nice easy recipe to make, the "nocciolino".
Procedure: clean the hazelnuts, break them in half, combine with alcohol, add a pinch of cinnamon and cloves and leave to macerate for 15 days (15 to 30 days). At the end of this period, make a syrup by dissolving the sugar with the (hot) water, in the meantime that the syrup cools, filter the alcohol and combine with the syrup. With a maturation of about 30 days the liqueur improves (if you can resist!).
