Irish Liqueur

Post by krausen89 »

Has anyone made an Irish liqueur similar to Ballylarkin? it is one of my favorites and think it would be cool to make a variant of it.

for those of you who dont know what it is, I just pulled this of of their website http://ballylarkin.com/

Ballylarkin Irish Liqueur was created by the monks of Ballylarkin Abbey, in County Kilkenny, Ireland, for their patrons the Shortall Clan. The recipe is carefully guarded and has been handed down through the generations to the present holders

Ballylarkin, a delicious combination of citrus and vanilla, mellowed with fine Malt Whiskey is made today with the same care and dedication formerly lavished on it by the Ballylarkin Monks.

Enjoy it with friends, drink it neat, on ice, or with your favourite mixer.
