Glad it worked out for you. I would love to take credit for the recipe but it is just one I made a slight variation in the bill from several others on the forum.

Hi Bushman,

I want to know how many grams you need per liter, I have done a calculation so I would appreciate if you could confirm, 4.77 grams of tangerine peel per liter.

Its ok but by looking the amount you used in your recipe, it is a mandarin forward gin is that correct ?

It uses the peel from half a mandarin per liter.
