Apple drink

This is one of my personnel favorites.
I use a 8 ozs of a 50%abv neutral spirit
One can of frozen apple juice
12 ozs of water
One handful of rasins
one cinnamon stick

The apple juice concentrate calls for 3 cans of water to make the juice. I only use 1 to get a stonger apple flavor.
Mix your concentrate and water so the concentrate is dissolved. Add your 8 ozs of neutral spirit. Add your rasins and cinnamon stick to a one qt mason jar. Let it sit for a week giving it a shake ounce or twice a day. Filter threw a coffee filter. Makes a 15-20% abv apple liquor . I usually make this enough to make a gallon or two at a time. It doesn't have a strong alcohol flavor so you can put it down pretty easy. A drink or two usually turns into 4 or 5. My neighbor and I have gottten tipsy on this more than a couple of times.
