Wondering if any of you have did a complete sprouted flour run ? 5lbs Sprouted corn flour,1 lb sprouted sorghum flour, 1 pound sprouted red wheat flour, 7 lbs of corn sugar . 5 gallon run.
Mine smooth powerful tastey.
Messey, because of the filtering. But worth the trouble.

I would think sprouted=malted, so no need for enzymes? I bet straining is a pain but but all the starches should convert easy enough.
