I have 10 litres of white rum sitting and I want to experiment.
I made Jessies Botanical rum recipe with a litre of it, and it was amazing.
Now I'm hooked and wanting to try to create a spiced white rum with a kind of dark and stormy cocktail vibe to it.
So far I have Allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, lime and ginger as the basis for my ingredients.
Any ideas on what else I should be considering for this?

Re: Stormy rum recipe?
Backsweeten with Lime gimlet/roses lime/sweet lime juice. and include some fresh lime or zest in a maceration before running it. Also gotta be Infused with Ginger or maybe a ginger beer or extract of such. Maybe:

Or maybe some candied ginger would be useful.
Mix in to a cocktail on ice with a splash of soda or lemon lime soda to get the carbonated feel of a dark n stormy. Lime wedge and candy ginger disc garnish.
