Flower paste trick

Most of you have probably figured this out anyway but i been doing it for a long time and always works perfect without wondering . Anyway use just plain ole flower and water and make a pretty thick paste , put it were u need it - then take a butane torch or what ever you got that will throw a little flame and run it over your dough . You dont have to blacken it or even darken it much at all but what happens is it starts to cook and it takes on a rubbery form instantly witch holds great and it expands into the cracks . This usually happens over time while running but i just like to give it a jump start and that way it seals quick and you dont have to re- dough . The steam aint able to push thru the dough like it can when its soft . Oh well just a trick i shared .SH
