If I have a boiler and a half of low wines, what’s do I do?

Post by HuckFinn »

Could I keep the hearts from the 1st spirits run, mix that with my 1/2 boiler of low wines and water (Keeping at 80 abv or less) and run that as like a 1.5x spirit run distillate?

Or should I keep the hearts out and throw the heads / tails into the extra half boiler? I’m looking for a pure neutral / grain spirit. No taste.

Thank you!

Or (3), take all of the collection from your 1st spirit run (called “high wines”) and add that to the remaining low wines and rerun that as the last spirit run. And then, make cuts on that.
