Good day,

If I may give my opinion on the topic.

I have a potstill at the moment.
I have found, when I do a Strip run/Spirit run. I use a gas burner on the potstill and when I make the flame to big, steam comes out by die condensor. Then I have this same effect.
It slowly drips and then shoots a stream of spitit out while pushing out the steam.

I think its the condenser not condensing all the steam to liquid and pushing the liquid in the condenser out in a way of this topic.

Gotta worm?

If yes, check to see that the spiral is a consistent “downward slope”. Low spots can create a “pool” that causes it to “spit” sporadically.

An open gas flame and spurting alcohol vapour is a recipe for disaster, you need to work out what the problem is before going any further I think.

Thanks for your advice.

I have sorted it out, I know what to do at the moment.

You get all the information you need in the first paragraph without reading the scientific calculations.
