i figured since i quit fermenting/stilling in september it would give me something to do this winter and plenty of time to do it up nice. The sight glass was my buddies idea. He has five of them in his and three 5500 watt elements. Hes building his pot for future legal use. im glad he told me to put it in there. Its a great safety feature for those spirit runs. I really love this setup. Ive run it several times now and couldn't be happier. I did one spirit run and had a really hard time making cuts. everything smelled so much cleaner than last years.
