Pressure cooker stills seem like a good idea, but are on Home Distiller's NOT RECOMMENDED list due to the gasket material.
Food Safe doesn't mean Alcohol Safe, and that includes rubber, plastics, and silicones in the direct path of hot alcohol vapor.

I'm afraid you won't get much help pursuing a pressure cooker still.
Here are posts relating to the subject so you can see what I'm talking about.

Hold up on the pressure cooker..Find ya a ss stock pot, the connector can be found in the plumbing section at Lowe's.
Seen some good beginner stock pots at dollar store.
Good luck and post your progress.

Sorry I'm a little late to the party kingchristo but I've recently purchased a 19l ss stock pot on amazon for £24.99. Incidentally, don't buy the Buckingham stock pots - lots of people have complained of a smelly black slick appearing on the surface of liquids when using these... I had a friend from Kent called kingchristo....

I started out farting around with a pressure cooker.
Nothing that came from it was drinkable due to the fact that...
1 Almost all pressure cookers are aluminum
Aluminum is a no go.

2 All pressure cooker seals are rubber.
Rubber is all you could smell and taste in the product.

3 Pressure cookers come with a shit load of warnings because even SLIGHTLY pressurized HOT vapor is EXTREMELY unsafe. Add to that, you plan to fill it with volatile, flamable, corrosive vapor, and it was never designed for that,,,, and you have a recipie for disaster!

4 This site most probably kept me from being another EXAMPLE of:
"How dangerous distilling is... Tonight at 10 on your station for news and weather".
Or, another statistic for politicians and law makers to point to and say, "This is why we should not legalize it".

Do not use a pressure cooker.

Read... It's free.
Buy a stainless pot.
Read more... It'll still be free.
Be safe
Have fun.

Kingchristo,

So, now that you know to steer clear of the pressure cooker, I’d suggest looking the images posted here: viewtopic.php?f=50&t=66917
Scan through and you should find something that stands out. Start out with something simple, then build on it as you grow as a distiller.
Here is one that is an easy build:

This only takes a stainless steel pot, a stainless bowl, some black clamps to hold them together and a little bit of copper pipe will do the trick.
Any hardware/DIY store should have everything that you need, fittings, copper pipe, etc…
Look at a B&Q, or Homebase store.
Cheers,
Irish
