Making a new still from beer keg 15g
I want to build something more than a pot still now, I have somewhat the material, of course I'm going to need to buy a few things, what would you guys recommend to build for a step up, cm, vm, etc..? As in the first time building something more than a pot still, I have plenty of soldering and brazing experience

You can’t beat this topic for ideas .
Read it all as there are quite a few variations .

Also doesn’t have to be stainless , many if us have similar setups made from copper modules we have made ourselves .
IMO , coppers better , but the staino option is quick and easy if you prefer to buy .
Also , I’m a VM fan , but the CCVM makes a lot of sense .
Here’s a few of mine

There's a ton of information here on builds.
Do your homework and build a solid modular kit. You'll be glad you did. Like Yummyrum said, it doesn't have to be all copper, as long as you have some way to get copper in the vapor path.
Here's (most of) my kit.

.
Here's what another member is running like Deplorable's. Connecting a modular rig to a keg will be easy-peasy.
