Bended copper is dangerous?

Hello, I finish my first run, but when i was taking off the screws I accidentally bended the copper from the still :( , do you think is dangerous if I used like this?

It looks like it is significantly restricting the flow. That is a bad thing. Where it is near the end and you can get a straight shot at the twisted part you can probably heat it and get a rod pushed in from the end to reform it.

Or cut it short and re-fit the end.

This happened to my first liebig and it worked but not optimal so I eventually replaced it with a DIY. Should be easy to cut and re-solder an extension. Is that a 1/4" worm?

Yeah, it's a 1/4 worm, just did a vinegar run for cleaning up and it worked fine, if I see something weird going on, definitely gonna resolder it. Thanks!

Picture is a twisted flare joint connection. What the hell, cut it off and re-flair it, no soldering or cleaning required. Now you know why a backing wrench is required on flair joints.

Personally preference but i would not go below 1/2 inch anywhere on a still. To easy to block. Blockage = very bad .

Anything open to the world you should blow through before use.
Insects love to get in there.

that's a weird condenser for a column eh? ;) But yeah I would not use that as is!
