Pretty ugly but i like her.
Propane fired up to 140 000 btu from the hell fire.
Modular potstill / boka with sight glass.
2"x28" shot gun used in pot still or on top of the boka wil knock down every and anything i can feed her.
Just starting my 4" plated flute.

LWTCS, could you talk about that setup? I think I know what's going on, but not 100%. Beer column on the left, vodka column on the right? What's going on in the middle?

Its been a tough road to walk trying to make stills locally. I've always believed that copper stills represent the best return on your dollar. I don't care where you get a still from, as long as its got copper in it

The middle section is the rack that holds all of the heat exchangers. The heat exchangers are oriented horizontally so that they are lower to the ground making them easier / safer to access for cleaning, inspections, etc.

We are using a pair of 12" x 72" HXs to recover heat for preheating beer prior to injection. The finished product condenser is cooled with an independent cooling circuit as are the dephlegmators.
Trample the injured and hurdle the dead.
