T500 bulkhead
Hi,
Trying to locate a bulkhead I can use to connect to the T500 boiler lid. I'm in oz. Will be attaching it to a 2" copper pipe. Not looking to use Triclamps.
Any help is appreciated.

What exactly do you mean by a "bulk head "to connect to the lid?

Well if you are looking at BSP screw connections then they are available in brass from most plumbing supplies . But the use of brass should be minimised if possible .
I know you say you don’t like tri-clamps but they are the defacto in home distilling . There is a bsp- triclamp bulkhead adaptor available . I think maybe still dragon has it . You should seriously concider going triclamp because as you your arsenal of equipment increases , you will appreciate the flexibility and easy of connection without all the large spanners and teflon tape needed with screw fittings .

Re: T500 bulkhead
Thank you for the replies.
I do like tri-clamps but trying to keep this project cheap, all copper is coming to me free and would rather not mess up a 50$ triclamp connection.
I would prefer to use stainless for this connection however is there anything I should be worried about if I use brass?

Yes lead in the brass.
What you spend on a triclamp and fitting would be payed for by the first couple of bottles of booze.

Re: T500 bulkhead
A triclamp will cost you a few $.
Any other way will also cost you a few $.
Dont be afraid to shell out a few bucks. It will come back to you
