Just finishing up a sac run with a few litres of feints, the results look very promising indeed.

Faster output than the T500 with very low water flow needed. Even had to plug in the power controller to tone it down a bit due to the column flooding.

Much easier to run as well, not having to fiddle with the water constantly.
ABV looks very nice too!

I'll have to give it a try with a straight wash at some point, just to see what ABV I can get but will probably just keep doing strips with the pot first just to save on time and make the cuts easier.

Now I just have to wait for a full day off to give it a proper run.

If the aim is to make Vodka or Neutral type products you will ALWAYS get a better result doing it that way.

I know that now, after going from uncut carbon filtered turbo rocket fuel, to double distilling TPW and actually smelling and tasting cuts, to stripping then refluxing... Wish I'd found this site years ago.

I hear that all the time when the bulb goes off. Every time I wonder how in the hell people were able to avoid it for so long, lol. I did a research years ago for honeysuckle essence and kept scrolling down through the HD hits. Finally gave up and clicked on one.

This sight is so huge, especially considering the nature of topic.

Loving it, given me more ideas than I would have even found out from home brew shops. Never been to one that has any idea about cuts for a start...

Now to try and build up some neutral for vodka, gin, infusions and the like so I can actually try and save some of my pot stilled stuff for some proper aging instead of just a few months :)
