Sanitary fittings and components in Canada.

Post by Fart Vader »

I know I had a heck of a time finding sanitary components so I figured I would post the Canadian supplier for my fellow Canucks. Pricing is actually very good and service is great.

Mods feel free to delete if I’ve broken any rules.

Cheers.

Looks interesting, as you say the prices look reasonable. How was the shipping though?

Mostly I've ordered most of my TC off ebay, shipping takes weeks but the price was right...

Shipping is as fast as your willing to pay. My Canada post packages were 3 days.

Appreciated for that. I meant more, how was the price of shipping? For example, Stateside usually wants more than the cost of the part to ship it....

I ordered from them a few times, brewery things :)
Prices are good on many parts, shipping is fast.
Shipping costs are what they are in Canada.... Costs more to ship in Canada than from Canada to US.... hard to understand.

It doesn't actually, businesses get a hefty discount off street prices for shipping. I know because I do some shipping for my business.

They charge because people are dumb enough to pay. If they were honest, shipping most small packages (2-3lb) would be no more than $10.

I wouldn't do business with them if they charge more.

Expatlad: I have a CP account but not enough volume to get the prices dropped.
But they might be like others, UPS dropped prices over 50% for our business account....

Just thrown and order at Equinox, and shipping charges were round 12$ for a bunch of ferrules and clamps.
Found that OK.

There is also Tri-Canada in Mississauga, Ontario.

https://www.tricanada.com/

No affiliation, just ordered some items from them and they were quite helpful and pleasant.
