Would have liked to see how it went with some apples of something.

It seems a bit fierce for a slack handful of apples - perhaps it's one of these ?shadylane wrote:The video is in a foreign language, I assume it's a fruit press

Indeed. On the right side I too got all kinds of suggestions about presses for paper, sawdust or other kinds of bricks.
But I doubt if apples or other fruit can withstand the pressure.

Didn't realize it was a briquette press
On a side note is the any software that can close caption foreign languages ?
I'd love to understand what's being said.

Well, of it can press all the water out of paper or wood pulp, it can certainly press juice out of fruit.
And I have seen several design of fruitpresses based on jacks.
Translation of written text is rather good, nowadays. But indeed: the fellow seems nice, jolly and knowing, so I too wait for a spoken word translator.

I agree - that apparatus is very strong, but I have no doubt it would "juice" fruit However I think it could be adapted to do 25 litres of fruit easy enough. I think the "Giveaway" is the drop bottom on the presses - which wuuld easily let the "Logs" fall out. - Put a washing machine drum in place of the 4 little "log" formers - and I think you're in bsiness !Kareltje wrote:Well, of it can press all the water out of paper or wood pulp, it can certainly press juice out of fruit.
