Brewhaus pump and valve issue. Cutting flow bad for pump?
I'm circulating my rc cooling with a brewhaus pump. Do you think throttling it back with a valve is bad? I have a tee in the line going out the pump but the hoses I'm using are only 1/4". Do you think that's gonna be too hard on the pump?

If I'm not mistaken, you can cause problems by restricting the inlet/suction side, but not the output.
You could install a bypass to bleed some output flow back to the origin rather than restrict the output. Either way it will work.
