Hello from Fl

Post by Country boy »

Hello from Florida I’ve been distilling for about three years with just corn for whiskey also made sugar wash’s . Turned out pretty good so far. Gets better every time I do it . I’m mostly interested in Brandys and different kind of whiskeys. I decided to join so I can learn and be knowledgeable in the art of the distilling as I want to get better. I got a 15 gallon still with a 7.5 gallon thumper.

Hey Country boy, a surprisingly respectable whiskey I've tried is made with cornflakes. Killer once aged.
Or if all-grain is your game, give Honey Bear Bourbon a shot. Exquisite.
Regardless of your poison, I'm glad for your success so far and welcome you to Home Distiller.

I’m going to give the honey bear that sounds amazing. Never heard of using oyster shells that threw me for a loop for a minute lol thanks for the ideas to try.
