Hello from where I am to where you are. I have not distilled a single grain yet. I don't own a still yet. I want to learn about making mash and getting it fermented and separating the wash.

I have read a book or two and watched numerous hours of video.

I plan to open a micro distillery up one day with all the legal approvals. I have the land to do so.
