This has been something I have been interested for some time. I have decided to finally give it a go.
I love whiskey and have been doing some reading about it. I have narrowed my choice of stills down to three. I should be buying one in a week or two.
Look forward to reading and learning a bunch on here.

Welcome to HD. Research those stills in the forum before pulling the trigger. You could possibly build cheaper, if you have the means. Lots of folks cut teeth on a keg still

Welcome Gmmmm, as Smokey has already mentioned, one of the first and biggest mistakes we see is new members buying the wrong stills.
No point in wasting your hard earned cash.
Putting a link or a photo of the still up before purchase could save frustration further along.

Hello and welcome to HD. Take your time, do the research first. But whatever direction you go, my suggestion is to go with a modular system. Simple and easier to change things around to switch from full flavor to a neutral, pot to reflux, and back. Have fun.
