Greetings from Tasmania

Post by vandaemon »

Long time brewer crossing off a bucket list item which was to learn about and do a little distilling. A friend has loaned me an air still and I've been absolutely amazed by what I was able to produce with my first attempt. So much useful info on this forum which has already showed I've made nooby mistakes and stopped me making others. Many thanks for what I have learned in just a few days lurking on the forum.

Totally a noob so please be gentle with me and please excuse the ignorance. "Trust, but verify."

One of the greatest reads from my youth was "My Wicked, Wicked Ways" by Errol Flynn. He was from there. He would be right with you!! Welcome aboard.
