Hello!

Hey everyone. Happy to be part of this group and hoping to pick up some useful information. I'm in the mid-west of the United States and am new to the hobby. I was given a 5 gallon copper pot still as a gift this summer and I've just run my first wash last night. Planning to give it all to the gods tonight! Looking to start an all grain mash in the very near future. Fingers crossed!
