First time post

Post by K-Rod6 »

This is my first post and I just wanted to thank all you guys for all the tips and new begginers posts. It helps someone who feels a little overwhelmed with all the info out there. WalkingWolf been helping me get started on my first rig. SS pot still that we just started working on this weekend. He posted a pic of it a few days ago with some tips about soldering stainless and copper. Came out really good. Once again thanks and I'll try to post a few pics soon.

K-Rod6 you are indeed fortunate! I hope you realize how many on here would give anything to have someone such as Walking wolf to help them learn the craft. I truly hope the effort on his part extends beyond the build. You too must be a special type of person to have his time and efforts shared with you. Listen to all he has to say and watch everything. If he moves tooo fast or you dont fully understand his reasoning, ask and he can explain. Help yourself by studying here to compliment his shared time with you. Lucky indeed....

Yes indeed -- I was fortunate enough to spend a few hours with K-Rod6 working on his keg. Slowly gathering up the pieces to put together a rig. Hadn't really done much stilling wise for some time now and he and I crossed paths. As I told him you will come to recognize conversation with someone that has more than a passing interest. A couple conversations in and we were planning the next moves. It's all new to him but I told him it'll all come with time. Looking forward to getting this rig up and running.
