Hi Guys, I thought I would introduce myself. Hopefully this is the right place. I am 67yrs old and live in Australia. I acquired a reflux still a little while ago and have run a couple of washes though it with success. I am now trying to improve the quality of the spirit that I am getting and attempting to learn more about the art of producing clean good quality vodka.

Yep you're in the right place, Dennis, and it sounds like you've had some success.There's a vast knowledge base here with many helpful people.
Have you checked out the Tried & True Recipes yet?
Pick your poison. Follow the recipe to a "T", and you'll have some fine liquor.

Welcome Dennis, you will have some fun with that but it probably won't be long before the bug bites and you start looking at a pot still for the flavoured stuff :thumbup:
