Not much of an introduction. Are you shy or what. The electrical questions are for other forums

Sure. Northern Indiana. Primarily been doing simple sugar washes to master control, mainly brown sugar and recently a blackstrap batch. Have done some fruit based, peach/pineapple, and an apple brandy that is currently 2 months into a barrel. Did an amazing Sour Mash 2 weekends ago, also currently in a barrel. Started with a simple 3 gallon Alembic Pot Still and have upgraded to a 13 gallon milk can style. Been running gas but want to go to 240v.

There, that didn't hurt. The intro is just so we can get an idea of your experience and locale.
We have folks from all over the world bringing different expertise to the table, and the Welcome Center is just an exposé.

Sorry for the delay. Busy guy. Here are a few pics. Current setup, original setup, and the product of our first few runs (not cloudy...cold, lol!).

Another pic. I want to tell the world, but it falls on deaf ears most times. Figure you guys might actually appreciate it!

Left to right: Bourbon #1. Using our first set up(3gal pot still), multiple mashes with cracked corn and some sugar, with a 2nd distillation in the end. In the barrel @127 proof. Apple Brandy. 100% Local cider, mashed-in same day it was pressed. Bourbon #2. Single mash, 100% grain, in the 13 gal setup. In the barrel @125 proof, SLOW single distillation, bout 8 hours for 135oz.
