New from NC

Post by MomickedBrewer70 »

Good morning all! All around new to brewing/distilling. Over the last 3-4 years have been into trying different flavor and quality beers and Whiskeys. NC has been starting to have more and more home state brands and brews and over the last week have seriously been contemplating on trying my hand at making my own. Obviously I'll be reading and asking for any tips and tricks and look forward to any help and all the conversations!

Reading is the key, indeed.

Welcome to the forums. It's very possible and inevitable if you put in the time that you will endeed make a quality drop. Read, starting with the novice info, and then follow through all the links in Cranky's spoonfeeding thread.
You'll have some questions.....
