Hey guys, been distilling for about 6 months now. Really enjoying the new hobby. Bought a 2" column kit from Olympic Distillers and put it on my keg. Been playing mostly with Rum but going to try my hand at Brandy. Making hard cider now, getting ready to start distilling it.
