Hello all,

I built a still using information from here a few years ago. I make a few batches of wine a year and distill infrequently. I just moved to NC and feel its time to be a more regular user of my equipment. I will be rereading the forums and making some changes to my set up. Hopefully in a month or so I will be back at it, dabbling in the art of distilling and aging
