Hi everyone.
I joined a while back, but could not remember my details.. Getting materials together to build a still at present. My background is engineering, thermodynamics etc.
I 've made a few homebrew beers and wines, so I am fairly happy with the basics of a sugar wash.

Looking forward to learning from ya'll.
