I've Been lurking for years....just reading everything. Built my still 2 years ago. Been distilling ever since. Started with UJSM, and have moved on
to AG single malts. Still do a modified version of UJSM with rye and barley. Love it! A good sipping Whiskey. I do the "Odin" method of Ultrasound and
forced aging on Jack chips.
