New to Craft Distilling, from ONT
I’ve been interested in distilling my own spirit for years now. I’ve heard story’s of my grandparents making grappa in their basement and was always fascinated. I recently bought some equipment and am ready to try and fail my way to becoming a good distiller. The thought of consuming high quality product that you produced sounds wonderful doesn’t it. I know the learning curve will most likely be long and tedious. But hoping this forum can help with limiting the mistakes made. I look forward to this new hobby.

Howdy Bruce Distillery.
It's very satisfying making a liquor that people can't believe was produced at home.
Find a good recipe. (I recommend something from Tried & True)
Cook 'er up. Distill and enjoy.
Sounds easy because it can be, and we're here to help if you hit a road block.
